Where possible we begin by analysing what your customers are doing on your current website, we might also carry out some qualitative reasearch. All of this helps build a picture of who uses the website and how well it fulfill's their needs.


From this we can define what the solution aims to achieve as well as building a great picture of who your customers are, and what they want.
Once we have some clear objectives and know who we are talking to we can set about the process of design.
This may well start out on paper before being translated into on-screen visuals for sign off. Where possible we will test our design at each stage of the process, ensuring that it enables the users to complete their tasks.
Design is our core skill – and we know that your image sells you more than anything. So whether it's upgrading your existing website or creating and entirely a new website, we'll create something that will be long lasting, reflects your brand and brings it to the forefront of your user's mind.
